At the helm of iLink is Milin Rathod-the CEO, a construction professional shaped by engineering discipline and driven by vision. With over seven years of hands-on experience across exclusive projects of global scale, his work spans projects of both local and international significance. Milin leads with a simple belief: buildings should do more than stand -they should serve, endure and elevate everyday life. His approach blends technical rigour with thoughtful design, turning ambition into built reality and houses into places people are proud to call home. Holding a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering and a Post-Graduate qualification in Construction Management from Ara Institute of Canterbury, Milin brings clarity, purpose, and long-term thinking to every project. Under his leadership, iLink continues to shape modern living with intent, integrity and confidence.

At the core of iLinkโ€™s delivery engine is Monish Rathod, Executive Director โ€“ Transformation and Operations, a driven civil engineer with over seven years of experience leading large-scale residential and commercial projects. His role is instrumental in translating strategy into execution, ensuring projects are delivered with efficiency, precision and operational excellence. Monish specialises in driving transformational outcomes by leveraging modern construction technologies, process optimisation, and industry resources to deliver economical and sustainable project solutions. Through his operational leadership, iLink continues to strengthen its capability to deliver high-performance developments with consistency and confidence. With a post-graduate degree in Construction Management, supported by a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering, Monish brings strong analytical capability.

Chief Finance Officer
Providing financial stewardship and strategic oversight, Manit M. Shah serves as Chief Finance Officer of iLink, guiding the organisationโ€™s financial strategy, governance and compliance framework. His leadership supports sustained growth, disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation across the business. With extensive experience across diverse industries including investment banking, financial services, education, aviation, mining and technology, Manit brings a global perspective and strong commercial acumen to the role. His career spans senior executive management and board-level positions, underpinned by a consistent record of driving transformation and organisational impact. Manit oversees Finance, Legal and Compliance functions, ensuring robust financial controls, regulatory alignment and strategic risk management. A Chartered Accountant and alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Robyn Burns

Strategic and Asset Director
Robyn Burns is the strategic and asset director for iLink . Robyn brings over 20 years of experience in asset management, with a strong focus on maximising long-term asset performance and identifying clear pathways to achieve sustainable value. Her approach is defined by diligence, foresight, and an ability to recognise both risk and opportunity early. Her experience spans shopping centre management, commercial leasing, and large-scale portfolio asset management, including oversight of a national education portfolio comprising 153 schools for the Ministry of Education. Robyn has also led complex crisis recovery initiatives, including the management of major post-disaster asset recovery programmes following Cyclone Gabrielle. Robynโ€™s career includes involvement across commercial and retail developments throughout New Zealand, as well as senior leadership within local government as a Building and Consents Manager during a period of accelerated residential growth post-COVID.

Richard Ewins is responsible for the strategic oversight and implementation of health and safety systems across the companyโ€™s residential and commercial operations throughout New Zealand. He brings extensive experience in safety governance, operational risk management, and organisational leadership. With over two decades of leadership experience within the New Zealand Defence Force, Richard developed a strong foundation in discipline, accountability, and structured decision-making. He later transitioned into senior Health, Safety and Environment roles within the construction sector, contributing to complex residential and commercial developments, including major post-earthquake rebuild projects in Christchurch.
